The LWT Passive House loft ladder is a technically complicated design developed with energy-efficient construction standards in mind. With the ladder is a kit whch connects the ladder to the ceiling delivering a perfect seal and insulation without thermal bridges. It comes with Passive House certification.
The ladder features the highest rating of air tightness - Class 4.
