The Loft Shop are delighted to have extended their already vast range to incorporate this flat roof access ladder.  3 or 4 section folding ladder (depending on hatch size if 3 or 4 section).  Folds up into its own hatch box.  Made for flat roof access it comes complete with hatch box and frame along with top opening lid.  The manual version allows you to open the top lid independently when you step up to it at the top of the ladder. 

• The ladder is steel zinc-plated chrome
• Two handrails either side of the ladder
