• Manufactured from die-cast aluminium makes the steps very strong and sturdy. 
• Connected to a 230v supply via a plug supplied
• Supplied with remote control
• Flashing amber light as product opens
• Automatic stopping feature which enables the product to avoid obstacles in the way when in operation
• Many sizes available (see below)
• 14mm thick high quality plywood trapdoor
• 2 telescopic handrails and two top exit grab rails supplied as standard
• Draught proof hatchbox and made from 1.2mm thick steel and measures 140mm deep.
• Hatch box allows to be installed into floor thicknesses up to 280mm
• Tested and certified to EN 14975.

Please note that the made to measure loft ladders sold on this website are made to your stated floor to floor and floor to ceiling measurements.  These products are therefore deemed to be 'special goods'. Please make sure that the dimensions you provide are accurate because under paragraph 8.8 in The Loft Shop’s Terms and Conditions (see below) the buyer does not have the right of cancellation and no refunds will be given in the event of the wrong dimensions having been given.
