The Loft Shop is absolutely delighted to have added this Concertina/Scissor loft ladder from Italian based company, Fantozzi.  

This ladder comes complete with its own hatch and frame and with a vast range of sizes and heights available (see below), you are sure to find a size to suit you.  This is the basic version of the ladder which is a plain unpainted door, this gives you the flexibility to painting the door whichever colour suits you.  

This product comes as standard with two grab rails at the top for a nice easy and safe access to your loft space.  Ladder section made in die-cast aluminium complete with galvanised "Trivalent Chrome" box frame.  With metal lock fitted in the top quality door panel (16mm thickness Class E1 standard UNI EN 13986:2005).

Please note that the made to measure loft ladders sold on this website are made to your stated floor to floor and floor to ceiling measurements.  These products are therefore deemed to be 'special goods'. Please make sure that the dimensions you provide are accurate because under paragraph 8.8 in The Loft Shop’s Terms and Conditions (see below) the buyer does not have the right of cancellation and no refunds will be given in the event of the wrong dimensions having been given.
