LUPUS Alternating Tread Staircase

The Building Regulations permit the installation of an alternating tread staircase (space saving because the going is shorter and the pitch steeper) in one straight flight for access to a single (loft) room where there is insufficient room to provide access via a traditional staircase.

This product meets building regulations, as paragraph above, with regard to minimum clear width and going requirements (but subject to certain installation conditions)

• Tubular steel balustrade and tread supports
• Wooden parts factory finished with two coats of clear varnish
• Additional tread kits can extend the overall floor to floor height up to 3220mm
• Additional quarter landing available
