COLT ROTO 435 WOOD ROOF WINDOWS

The COLT ROTO 435 Wood roof window is a centre pivoting, double glazed, softwood window with an exterior cladding of polyester coated aluminium for easy and fast installation into roof slopes 15° -85° (from the horizontal), using standard polyester coated aluminium flashings for tile or slate roofs.

The Colt Roto 435 timber centre pivoting roof window offers the following features:

• 24mm double glazing (4mm toughened glass (outer pane), 16mm special gas filled cavity, low E Coat, 4mm Float glass)
• Toughened outer pane
• Low emissivity coating on inside pane
• Special gas filled cavity
• Achieves 1.5/m°C through the whole window (glazing UG =1.1 w/m°C)
• Noise reduction to 32db
• Windows open using grey lacquered handle located in the bottom sash rail
• External aluminium cladding with polyester grey/brown coating (RAL 8019)
• Sash can be rotated through 103° for ease of cleaning the outside pane from inside the building
• Handle with 2 fixed venting positions in addition to fully closed
• Available in 10 sizes
• Full range of blinds available
• Easy to install (without removing sash if required)
• The window frame and sash are constructed from solid sealed and varnished laminated pine
