Please note that the made to measure loft ladders sold on this website are made to your stated floor to floor and floor to ceiling measurements.  These products are therefore deemed to be 'special goods'. Please make sure that the dimensions you provide are accurate because under paragraph 8.8 in The Loft Shop’s Terms and Conditions (see below) the buyer does not have the right of cancellation and no refunds will be given in the event of the wrong dimensions having been given.

The Fantozzi Aluminium Elegant Loft Ladder offers a high quality and reliable solution into a large variety of applications. This heavy duty 3 section steel folding ladder comes supplied with its own hatchbox and trapdoor ready to fit. This can be made to a large variety of sizes from just 70mm x 90mm up to as large as 1000mm x 2000mm. This product can also acheive floor to ceiling heights from 2.66 metres up to 5 metres. Product specification details are as follows:

• Hatchbox constructed from 1.2mm thick steel
• Both the ladder & metal hatchbox come finished in a White (RAL 9010) powder coated
• Trapdoor constructed from 14mm thick high quality plywood
• Double handrails fitted to both sides of the ladder as standard
• Two top exit grab rails to assist the user
• Self-adhesive non slip strips fitted to treads as standard
