East Finchley Loft Shop This time for Loft Conversion of the month, we decided that we would feature a quick fire interview from a customer who had contact with the Finchley Loft Shop. You will notice that we have asked all the questions you might be itching to ask about a loft conversion!

You have had a great loft conversion, what do you think of our roof windows?
They are as good as any roof windows on the market today. The quality speaks for itself as you can see. The amount of light they introduce is fantastic.

Are you happy with the quality of work carried out by Direct Lofts?
Absolutely, he is so efficient and helpful

Very, he was the best quote I got, and quality is not compromised

What do you think of the service that The Loft Shop are providing you?
Very good, Mark ordered the windows and the came the very NEXT DAY as you promised me.

Why did you decide to have a Loft Conversion?
We had one in our last house and it really helps as we have a big family, I have four children.

When was the Loft Conversion done?
Middle of June 2006

What was the process of having a Loft Conversion, is it a long one?
Simply apply to the council, once approved, get some quotes in and choose your builder, we chose Mark at Direct Lofts, he came recommended and he is competitive, its not a long process at all.

How easy is it to have a Loft Conversion?
Mark at Direct Lofts completed it; he is so knowledgeable within the industry. So really simple – we did not really have to think about it!

How much was the property worth before and after the conversion?
Before it was worth £500,000 now its worth including a small side extension, £600,000.

What difference has the Loft Conversion made?
The loft is away from the rest of the house so its like my own haven, so I find that I sleep better as its so away and peaceful.
